Local Emmy-award winning filmmaker, Daniel Blake Smith, casts a light on the real life stories of the young men who reside at Marygrove Children’s Home, in Florissant, Missouri. Smith skillfully interweaves music, video, and the narratives of the 16 to 20-year-olds, who are preparing to live on their own. With moving accuracy, the actors of PRIME Theater breathe life into the honest and bravely written words. A live Q and A with the young men of Marygrove will follow the performance.
